Im a small contractor that didn't have a chair when the music stopped in october. Looking to purchas foreclosed properties,rehab them and sell them.I have been sending out proposals to granators, with little or no (URL removed) I need is funding for the purchas and fix up cost for two to three properties,Sell them and buy (URL removed)s way I can keep myself and 4 to 8 employies working.
