Description:
Driven Development is exactly that...a company driven to develop the most desireable properties in Southern California. Driven Development, Inc. was founded in 2004, and is comprised of 4 partners. Three of the four partners have been in Socal for 25+ years and know this market. DDI does not enter into any project without doing the proper research. We have several projects underway, but require that working cashflow--when waiting for construction loan draws, etc. With the right investor we could do away with banks all together! Please call if you are interested in joining are successful future.
