Hi. My name is Michael Faragon and my Company is called UpState REI Group, LLC. Although a relatively new company, we are no strangers to Real Estate investing. Over the last 40 plus years we have built, bought, sold and held for profit, both in the residential and commercial industries.
We are looking to start investing in multi-unit, low- and moderate-income properties where the markets are more stable and more predictable.
We are looking to purchase those properties at a substantial discount; fix them up to increases their value or purchase properties owned by motivated sellers that are well-maintained with very little work required. We will then decide if we want to sell for a quick return on our investment or add it to our portfolio.
At this time, we are looking to hold the properties for at least 3 to 5 years, generate positive cash flow from rental income, then sell.
We are currently seeking a few good investors (private, hard-money or institutional) so we can start purchasing properties, but more importantly, to start a long term relationship with to continue the journey of building wealth.
