I am starting a card sending business for small to medium sized companies. The market for card sending is huge, however I am going to concentrate on the Philadelphia Metro area. While there are a few card sending wbsitesalready established I will focus on customer service, something that is hard to find today. I will meet with every client face to face and go over all their card sending options. Most business' don't understand the strength in a greeting card to build loyal repeat customers.
