I have started a real estate investment company, We have 9 rental units, total of 8 properties. 2 properties have no mortgage. There is a great need in dayton, ohio for nice rental properties for under $750/ month. We find properties that can be purchased an repaired for $30k. This usually involves a complete renovation.
