The sale and construction of steel homes. The cost of a steel home is considerably less than that of a conventional stick built home. Banks are now willing to finance them, and insurance companies love them. There is a tremendous amount of profit to be made in the sales of steel homes. Once built, there is no way to visually see the difference fron a traditional home, except for the fact that they will be destroyed by floods, winds, tonados, hurricanes, and will take a good beating in a fire and still survive. For example, a $1mil (market value)home in the Seattle area can easily be built for as little as $300k - $400k. What a tremendous profit. I am looking for the best deal possible, but am will willing to sign a 50/50 contract to last for 5 years. All profits will be split down
