University City Real Estate Service or (UCRES) is a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment company that will offer safe, quality housing with state-of-the-art amenities at competitive prices. UCRES will focus on investing in undervalued properties that surround the cities in the tri-state area. These areas are often referred to as the "doughnut" by urban planners. It is the area of land that sits between the wealth of the downtown & the affluent suburbs. When the highway systems were built in the 1960’s, many urban residents moved to the suburbs for the space and larger homes. Over time, these properties were relegated to low-income neighborhoods & suffered from chronic crime and other problems. However, by using cutting edge technology and targeted investment I plan to convert these undervalued & underutilized properties to cash-flow positive investments. I will start by investing in a five unit building in Pottstown. I will then aggressively use the equity in the building to purchase additional property.
