Description:
Looking to build/open a retail shop in northern Wisconsin in a new Business Park in an established, but growing village with a growing tourist industry. New 4-lane highway is bringing more traffic/customers, a new State Park will soon be attracting thousands of campers and outdoor enthusiasts. Other established traffic includes skiing, snowmobiling, fishing (summer and winter), ATV recreation, hiking, camping, etc.
I am looking to open a coffee house, internet cafe' and gift shop featuring northwoods merchandise. Optionally, I am considering a fast food restaraunt, i.e., pizza, chicken, etc.
