Description: My name is Michel Cariglio and I'm creating a new drawing show for children called Art Patrol. I was the co-creator of a TV show called "Pappyland". It aired on TLC for 5 (URL removed) went off the air in 04. I acted in it as well as creating the puppets, made all the miniature sets, and painted the backdrops. I need funding to do a 26 min pilot. I have a production co. in Orlando(Bruno White Productions) who is willing to work with me to create the pilot. If PBS approves it then we'll go into production to make 13 episodes. Go to google and type in "Pappyland' and you'll see my credibility. I
