We are looking for partners with cash to invest looking for a 20-25% ROI over 4-5 years who would then remain equity partners for the duruing whee they would own 40% of the portfolio. We prefer to work with partners who can invest at least $250,000 or more.
We can locate distressed properties via our bank contact that do not need to be renovated. Our proven strategy is where we act as the bank providing 30 year owner financing. Since our partners investments are paid back in 4-5 years there exposure is short, however, their return is as long as 30+ years.
