We are a small baking company that has purchased the name and the formulas from a rather famous bakery here in the midwest. We have been using co-packers to bake our goods and we sell them across America. We have more business than the co-packer can handle. The co-packer also takes a big piece of the pie. We have an opportunity to lease our own bakery facility. If that happens our production is now in our hands and and instead of one 4 day shift, we could run 3 6 day shifts with the business we have. We would also save money on our cost of goods because we would not have to pay a co-packer and we can acquire ingredients cheaper due to volume purchasing that co-packers are missing out on. Our losses are not diretly attributed to the bakery business. Our bakery business lent another one of our businesses a considerable amount of money. That is the only reason we show a loss for the past three years.
