I am the founder, president and inventor.
We currently have 7 inventions which will yield approximately 30 products.
OUR INVENTIONS / PRODUCTS WILL HELP REVOLUTIONIZE THE PHARMACEUTICAL AND PERSONAL HEALTHCARE INDUSTRIES!
We have several working prototypes with more to be completed, filed patent applications with more to be completed. We are currently working with engineering firms and patten attorneys to prepare our first wave of products for market entry.
We'll be entering a huge market, our pro forma show a very aggressive return on investment (ROI) for our first three years.
Our first line of products include 2 medical devices which we know through research are very much in demand. And a line of personal healthcare products, again which research shows have a very high demand.
We will be approaching Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson upon completion of this market entry preparation stage. Contacts at both companies have already been made.
We need funding to complete this preparation stage. Projected timetable six months.
Investors will be purchasing membership interest shares.
