I purchased a Daycare 8/1/7 in Deland Florida
It had 37 children enrolled the day i took over. Today it is at 81. It is owner financed 565,000.00 with a 3 yr balloon. I am liquid. I have a business partner that wants me to buy him out at 40,000.00. He does not like this typee business. I am looking for either capital to buy him out or funding to pay off my loan with additional 40k to buy him out. I can also put a fire escape in my building (which i bought with the business) and increase my liscence to assept 120 children. This will cost me 20-25,000 to add this improvement adding 40 mor children.
