The Shamrock is an upscale convention center located in Brookings, SD. The convention center is comprimised of two large rooms capable of seating 450 person events or combined to hold up to 900 guests. There is third smaller room for events up to 150 guests, an outdoor courtyard for wedding ceremonies and outdoor events and 4 breakout rooms on the second floor. There is a 3500 square foot full service kitchen run by our Executive Chef.
The Shamrock was started in 2007 during construction of the facility and opened March 1st of this year. The Shamrock has surpassed year one sales goals and has booked numerous events for 2009 and well on the way to meeting 2009 sales goals.
There was and is great demand for this facility in Brookings as proven by our sales.
