Description: We have created a platform that automates and integrates sales channels, suppliers, and financials. We beat Channel Advisor, Monsoon and others in the space on a regular basis because they have no integrated financials and do not deal with the difficulties of catalog and supplier automation. Our incredibly deep Amazon integration is a big differentiator as a result. Additional Details: Launched March 2010 15% growth mon/mon Revenue - $650,000 per yr 50% growth yr/yr Our Customers We have 20 large merchants processing as high as 15,000+ orders/day. We collect a % of revenue and our recurring revenue is approximately 50% of our total revenue. We are currently processing over $4M/month of online transactions through our platform and can add customers at-will. Our biggest problem is not being able to keep up with demand due to needing more people, and the timeline required to train those people, which is limited by cash flow. Distribution Distribution: Every ecosystem we touch opens up a new base of prospective customers. Amazon alone reportedly has over 2 million merchants. Additionally, each ecommerce platform and ERP we connect to opens up more prospective customers. We have grown 100% through word of mouth and referrals. To-date, no marketing or outbound sales have been funded other than our website. Every new sales channel drives more professional services revenue, as existing customers want to add those channels, and each new channel adds incremental recurring revenue once live. The model feeds itself. Etail Solutions currently plans to use any raised funds primarily for the following purposes: -Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc) With that in mind, Etail Solutions is most interested in receiving capital from these types of funding sources: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc)
