LighterMate, is a patent pending Lighter product line.
The Lighter is the first of its kind. It has added functionality features with a set of patent pending magnetic docking systems that enable consumers to effortlessly dock their lighters close by thier side before its next use.
Currently, we are overseeing manufacturing in China. We seek 1st stage capital to make our nationwide launch. We currently have a Blitz Marketing Strategy in place to put our product into over 80,000 retail locations over the course of 1-2 years.
We seek $500k for 1st stage capital. We'd like to hear some lending terms for our Business. We anticipate a 1-5 year bond with a yield of 20-30%. Lending terms are up for negotiations.
