Description:
We are beginning investors. We know how to find deals, but can't fund them. We would also like to birddog and pass off the deals we can't do to other (URL removed) problem is we don't know very many. We send out letters to preforeclosures every week and are starting to get calls. We'd love to pass off some of these deals.
Advice is welcomed.
