Description:
I am looking for someone to help me buy an apartment building. It has great potential to earn great revenue, 100% occupancy and the cap rate is 9.8%. The only thing is that I currently don't have money to invest. I know this sounds a bit (URL removed) I'm hoping to find someone with a generous heart. I promise that the loan would be payed in full, plus interest based on a 35 year term. I am hoping to receive at least 4 million dollars.
