Product of the 80s (Pot80s) is a restaurant start-up specializing in immeasurable varieties of
baked potato. Our service model may be classified as “fast-casual.” Pot80s is essentially an
interactive baked potato experience that allows people to form their own baked potatoes in a
retro-futuristic 1980s environment. Guests choose how their baked potatoes are to be served,
choosing from an assortment of fillings and condiments including butter, cheese, herbs and
seasoning, meat, vegetables and many more. Since the basis of our product is the potato,
which is naturally vegan, gluten-free and an entrenched member of the universal kitchen,
Pot80s is capable of catering for everyone, irrespective of their tastes and diets. It is to simply
provide an experimental playground for our guests to expose their taste preferences by having
their baked potatoes crafted in front of their eyes. From sporty enthusiasts to unconcerned
folks, from elderly to younglings, from carnivores to vegans, from complex taste seekers to
minimalists, our core crispy baked and loaded baked potatoes allow everyone to have their
dream meal.
