Long term loan capital needed to start a real estate business, renovating properties from poor to luxury for sale.
I have a start up real estate business in Finland, Europe. The company is already registered. I am looking for a funding worth of Eur 5 M, but in minimum starting from Eur 500 k from each inverstor. It would be used to purchase the first properties, which would work as a guarantee of the loan. As a start up company I can't provide you with bookkeeping information, we are just starting the business. My business partner is a professional contractor, but I own 100% of the company. I have already found a couple of excellent deals so I am in a hurry in order not to lose them to another company.
