Some of the venues will be nonprofit for profit and nonprofit for foundations. Restaurant will be food provided by local vendors, technology on the premises, and agriculture to provide food source. Facility consists of 78,000 Sq. Ft., 186 indoor parking stalls. The property is located in the heart of Waikiki Honolulu, HI in one the most traffic area of tourist. Approx. 5 million tourist are in the area of this property location. In addition, schools and universities of Honolulu will play a big part of this Restaurant. A bakery and 4 franchise facilities will also partake in this project. The franchise will go public in the stock exchange 2 years after the facility opens.
