Our positioning has been to provide high end salon services at fair prices, regardless of the neighborhoods and the markets "boom" then bust recently. We are very busy. Our competition is struggling. Retail sales have held steady because of the brand loyalty of our clients. Our mission is to create personalized hair care by means of innovative methods. The e-consult we offer allows the client and I to match them with the best stylist/s for their needs. Our return client rate is high as is new business we see from other salons that had out priced themselves early on. We are ready to take on the challenges of opening a new salon , in an iconic New York City hotel. There is room to allow for a larger service menu , and we will retain a contract for guest services within the hotel.
