Our main aims are to support our members to embark on self help projects and the projects currently on our table include,
Tourism Projects in Africa which include the acquisition of a 10 000 Hectare Game farm with various animals,and lodging facilities,the acquisition of a Hotel in the premier touristic location of Swakopmund,the purchase of a 5 storey building in the CBD which can be converted into a (URL removed)ject proposal is available for viewing.
Grant Funding

Member wants to embark on construction of 1500 low cost houses which will immediately be sold to Bank for onward loaning to clients and requires project partner,the client currently has a construction company running and requires the necessary capital injection. Amount - 5 million Usd

A member has been awarded a government tender to supply 300 vehicles needs a financier to finance the tender the vehicles are toyota and vw-n Amount- 6.1 Million Usd
Project 4
Member want to build unique African style village in premier African tourist destination on the beach in Namibia,they want anyone willing to come on board as financing partner- Amount- 4 Million Usd
Project 5
Memeber wants to buy into a chain store with 265 store in the country with a population of 12 million people and requires about 5 million Usd to acquire majority shares holding.- 5 million USD
Project 6
Members have mining rights and require anyone interested in mining in Namibia to come on board as a joint (URL removed)ms can be discussed and agreed.- from 100 000 Usd -
Project 7
Member has 20 hecters of land and requires and project idea to partner with on the land on a joint venture setup/.
