Beaverton Property Investment (BPI) will identify single-family resident properties in 48 states that are structurally strong and just need some cosmetic repair for resell or for rent.
We can help people who are having credit problems or are currently behind on their mortgage payments with an alternative solution to break their current status quo. We will offer to take over their payments and rent their house out to other renters who would like to purchase the house in the future. Two or three years down the road, we will then close the deal for both the buyer and seller. It is a three win situation for all parties. We will get the cash flow, the buyer will be able to fix their credit and can now get a loan for the house, and the seller is able to find something more suitable for them.
