I have found a women's clothing boutique and would like to purchase it. The owner of the boutique is too busy and can no longer handle the business and her personal life. And, she would love to sell it to me. I've worked in the fashion industry for over 15 years and know the ends and outs of the business. I've always wanted to own a boutique and I think its the perfect time for me to do it. The store is located in Sierra Madre, CA. It already has a great customer following, great location, has high-income demographics, and no competition. All of this coupled with my fashion experience and marketing degree could make a successful business. I've tried to get a business loan, but didnt get it because I didnt have a deposit.
