Description:
I have built a full service Holistic Healing Center/Spa in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California that offers fitness, massage, body wraps and Thera Sauna. I can detox clients off drugs, alcohol and cigarettes or offer a nice environment to relax and rejuvenate. I have created a line of Home Practice Products (DVDs, CDs and a book) that help with learning to meditate and exercise. My guided meditations are being used at a local drug rehab with much success. My book is backed my many local healthcare providers. I am talking to a major publisher and many TV shows (like The Ellen Show) about new book ideas (process of writing two more) and interviews.
