Description:
This plan brings together, local public schools as well as businesses in an effort to create a cooperative "Village". If made a reality, this Community Development Center (and Community Development) may solve many of society's problems which plague us. We could see more community cooperation, an increase in employment and education and improvements to standards in neglected neighborhoods.
