Description: We are a start up product development company. We launched our first product, Verita` hot flash cooling spray, in May of 2007 and are looking for funding for marketing, start up debt consolidation and day to day operational costs. We are successful in the Denver market and would like to expand into the national market. Our target demographic is women 40-58 years old. We sell in women's health centers, nutritional supplement stores, internet sites and various other small retail stores. We are in the process of producing a direct tv campaign which should be completed early this December. Our next phase of marketing will be targeted toward women only gyms, health centers, and spas.
