What it will be used for
$180,000 for 5 films to attach key talent. Both actors and directors.
$20,000 – Development
Repayment :
$200,000 from tax rebates and incentives 2 months post production per film witch would be reinvested for 5 years.
ROI: 20% of the company for 5 years
Money used from the $1,000,000 in the 5th year would have 3% royalties from both the film and merchandising for 3 years. Plus the $1,000,000 returned.
I know it’s a big ask but we have the dive and the connections to the talent needed. We have the access to 20,000 theaters world wide without studio backing. However, we can get studio backing for distribution. Merchandise is in early design. With fantasy based films , video games is also an option
