Description:
I have had an investor back out at the last second after I have already bid and have had it accepted. Closing date is set for March 3rd. THe property is 22 acres and has a house and a pole building on it. it just needs to be finished to turn it into a hotel like setting for borading cats and dogs. There is also some stalls and paddocks for boarding horses. It is a very nice peice of property and im not doubting The price is less that whats its worth.
I have the backing of my cleintel waiting for me to open this and I have recieved many phone calls asking for boarding so I know this is in high demand in my area.
Please if anyone can help I have worked so hard for this dream to come true. I hate to lose it now. THis place is in a perfect spot.
