We are wanting to purchase and open a restaurant in our home town. it has two large dining rooms and two bars with a small dining room also, use would be good for banquets as well as dining, want to convert one bar area into ice cream parlor and use other bar in banquet hall as full service bar. also has full basement for storage and office area as well as other uses. we also have a local VFW post that is very interested in relocating to our establishment. we have plans for a family owned and managed co. with all fresh home made foods and baked goods, several employees ready willing and able to start (URL removed) well our oldest son and his ife have degrees in hospitality management, who will be helping in our managemnet decisions. most equiptment is going to be purchased along with building and property which does need some fixing up. we feel that we will be making a profit within the first year or so with all the plans and ideas we have for this business venture, we have a business plan nearly ready fro anyone who might be interested in reviewing. we would like to get started as soon as possible however we know that these things take time to get moving. we have researched aspects of our idea and feel that we can make this a huge success in a short period of time. any and all reactions or support will be greatly appreciated.
