Description: Best Friends Beauty Salon is only in the planning stages. We have many components of our business plan together including the income projections. One of the local banks told us that our figures and plan are good but our personal finances will hold us back. We have found the building we would like to have our business in but we may lose it if we don't find the financing we need soon. It is a lease building and there are currently several inquiries about it. The leasor has been very gracious about holding it for us to find the financing we need because he and his wife both feel the salon would do great there. There is another option for having a building but it would require us to purchase the building. This would increase our needed financing to $117,900.00. The building that would have
