Mellie’s is a fast-casual restaurant, specializing in fried chicken that is marinated and fried perfectly in our scratch-made blend of seasonings and marinade. We also specialize in all homemade comfort side dishes, such as, real mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, collards greens, etc.
Mellie’s was founded in 2010. After 3 re-locations, we found what we thought was our permanent home in early 2018. We survived Covid-19, remained open and busy during all of shut-down. However, in December 2021, we were forced to close bcuz the building sold and the new owners had other plans for the building.
Mellie’s has a strong customer base that has followed our journey during each location move. We are blessed to have a customer following just eager for us to re-open.
