I have been selling in Farmers markets, and word of mouth until I was featured on the local news and the newspaper, then started getting email requests. I have met with many of the buyers of local stores and different companies that all like the product and would like to carry it; however, I do not have the capital nor the capacity to produce in that kind of volume. I met with Kraft Foods execs about 4 years ago and after a food study, they determined the product would generate between $50m to $70m per year and liked the product; however, they only take on new products they feel will generate $150m or more.
