Silicon Valley Optics Technology Inc. (SVOTek) started with optics, optical coating and optical coating instrument upgrades in Fremont, California 5 years ago. We were formerly a Hoya USA optics DWDM coating operation department and the group spun off from Hoya Optics USA in 2002 with all its coating operation management team, sales force and core coating technologies and technical know-how.
SVOTek has three main divisions. 1) Tunable filters 2) ICLV 3) High end coating equipment upgrade. We also have patents both in China and US for ICLV and Anti-counterfeit. ( ICLV - Image Controlled Liquid Crystal Light Valves for Ultra-High Resolution Display Application )
In 2005, SVOTek became a debt free organization and started to be profitable. In late 2006, SVOTek moved into a new facility and expanded its special coating business in US at full throttle. In year 2007, SVOTEK opened it's Shanghai branch for ICLV project.
SVOTek has the completed and most advanced optical coating equipments which are used to support our ICLV and tunable filter. SVOTek has been profitable for past four years. Now we are seeking an opportunity to grow faster and go public in the near future.
