I started this company to raise capital for rehab projects in Mexico. I'm a CA licensed real estate agent in San Diego who work with investors from other countries. Some potential projects need to be funded due to their newer business and country's circumstances and to make turn over projects happen. I'm a middle person between the developer and investors. I plan projects with my business partner (the developer) and analyze local market first. Then I purchase properties through this developer and secure title under my company. My company is a unique entity who find and create rehab projects in Mexico. Flipping business has been expanding fast to follow just like in the US. Because there are biased negative opinions towards in Mexico, it doesn't mean, it's impossible to succeed real estate projects. Some runs business with honesty and keep growing. I only work with my business partner. I foresee that great demand has came to the source of funds in many industries in Mexico. I already have an access to find profitable deals from the developer, I'm strongly believe that my company will be one of a kind in rehab work in Mexico and a coordinator between US investors and real estate developers.
My keys to success are; First priority is to focus in profitable projects that how to distribute returns as well as planning the whole picture on properties. Second is to reduce any existing risks and unforeseen. How I do that is work with my partner and contractors closely and check each on going process. Third is to connect and work with right investors and do business repeatedly. In order to do so, we make sure that projects finish with planned budgets and to deliver my clients the whole services in one package.
