I am currently attempting to buy a restaurant that is not for sale, however after speaking with the owners they are willing to talk about selling for the right price. This restaurant is in a prime location, has tons of history, tons of space and is a great investment property. Your not just buying the restaurant but the name, history and everything in it.
I grew up in this restaurant as many of my family members have worked here and then I as well started working here about 4 years ago. I am currently the restaurant manager and aspire to be the owner in charge. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable and can kind of mentor me along the way. Of course I'll need start up money and renovation money. We have discussed owner financing of the next 15 years so that is something to think about.
