Fieldbook is an app idea, one which will integrate GPS and IPS (Indoor Positioning) and documentation (photos, notes, etc.) such that each photo taken on an active construction project is pinned to the location it was created. For outdoor projects, GPS would be the preferred location technology for buildings IPS will be used, IPS is a newer technology that is just taking off and has become accurate enough to be used for this application yet no one has done so, we intend to be the first.
