I am a real estate investment company that invests primarily in foreclosures at rock bottom prices. Experienced in commercial, multi-family, and residential. I believe there are some incredible opportunities on the horizon given the current economic chrisis. Financial institutions are eager to liquidate properties and whatever price they can get and there are and will be some great opportunities to buy real estate at 20%-30% of their original values with great upside potential when the market eventually rebounds and it will eventually. In the short term, these properties do produce a cash flow. The kind of deals I'm looking for are as such. Buy an apartment complex for $2 million, upgrade or convert to condos or assisted living and sell for $10 million or more within 5-10 year period. These investments can be facilitated to the public through a Roth IRA.
