The LLC will consist of three principals; Naveen Natarajan, (Partner 1), (Partner 2). Already having experience in starting a business from ground-up and a passion and gift for computing and analyzing numbers and statistics, Naveen provides insightfulness and ardor to business development and execution. Playboy (Food::Bar::Lounge) 2.2 Start-up Summary Playboy (Food :: Bar :: Lounge) start-up costs will cover site acquisition/renovation and modification, furnishings, sound, lighting, POS systems, initial liquor order, initial food order, and all licensing fees. The sound, lighting, POS systems, and furnishings necessary to provide Playboy (Food :: Bar :: Lounge) customers with a high-class eatery/lounge atmosphere will make up a large portion of the start-up costs. These costs will include the computer terminals, speakers, amps, lighting, special effects, furniture, fixtures and all costs associated with their set-up. Costs will also be designated for the purchase a separate office computer and laser printer. 3.0 Services The emergence of the Buckhead area of Atlanta represents a unique opportunity for a high-energy, themed venue. The development's central location, demographics, and minimal direct competition are major advantages to this project. The proposed venue will provide a social atmosphere and exclusive lounge setting geared primarily toward the 25-55 age group in the Atlanta area. Playboy (Food :: Bar :: Lounge) will specialize in high-energy themes, daily entertainment, quality audio and video equipment, and will offer beer, wine and an array of liquor and mixed drinks. In addition, the venue will sell non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices and bottled water. The food menu will encompass traditional bar food such as wings and burgers while having a high end selection ranging from lamb, steak and seafood. The initial hours of operation will be 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 A.M., seven days a week. The establishment will draw primarily from the Atlanta market while attracting guests from the area's other surrounding cities as well as the millions of annual tourists. 3.1 Service Description Playboy (Food :: Bar :: Lounge) will provide the following services: Themed Eatery/Lounge Environment: Our establishment will provide patrons with an unforgettable themed environment. Strategic lighting and state of the art sound and video equipment will resonate within the building. The ambiance will be Playboy "good life" meets modern contemporary atmosphere. Food & Beverage Sales: Attentive, knowledgeable and attractive bartenders/servers will take our guests' orders. Drinks will be correctly prepared and swiftly served. VIP Reservations: Our cocktail servers will provide our most select guests with quality personalized service and ensure their experience leaves them feeling exclusive. The eatery/lounge will comfortably accommodate 300-500 people. With Buckhead's rapidly growing population and variety of new condominium developments, the Playboy (Food :: Bar :: Lounge) project would create mass appeal for all of it's local clientele. The eatery/lounge will be equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video systems like none other found in Atlanta. It will serve the need for a true upscale eatery& lounge in Atlanta by providing a professional staff, top notch service, and an unforgettable experience. The general appearance will be clean, open, and pleasing to the customer. Customers will also have the option of booking one of our VIP tables/rooms in order to further enhance their experience in the late night hours. The demographics are favorable, with minimal competition from other dance themed venues and eateries. The lounge feel will cater more to the Buckhead crowd that would not want to be packed into a nightclub with 2000 people.
