I manage a fitness center that is one of 3,000+ franchises. I have been with Anytime Fitness since October of 2012 and have now managed two locations. Both locations have turned a profit within six months and I am now at the point where I would like to have my own location. My wife works with the Department of Defense and we are looking to relocate to North Carolina, particularly the Raleigh area. I am in search of an investor that has an interest if not a passion for fitness. My plan of action would be to purchase a failing gym and get it to turn a profit and then open a second location once I am able to pay off my investor.
