I am a Private Investigator, Currently I have an agency in several states. I have moved to Illinois, and the critera and red tape to obtain a license here is crazy. I have an opertunity to purchase a cleint list to preform per-employment background investigations from another investigator. He is asking 80k and his company brings in revenu of 100k. He has about 10% accounts receivable as most of his clients work from a retainer. No banks will fund me because there is no collateral. Someone please help. I'm not asking for a hand out.
