My name is Maurice Hudson and my partner and I just established a limited liability company in the great state of North Carolina. The sole purpose for establishing our LLC was to invest in real estate. Our main goal in real estate investing is to buy properties, rehab those properties, and put them on the market. In the event that they sit on the market for an unacceptible time (about 2 months) we plan to place renters in those properties until the market for sellers improve. The only factor putting our company at a stand still is the lack of financing. Were looking to partner up with a investor (preferablly silent) to fund at least one property for us. We are very confident in our ability to turn once eyesore properties into dream homes for potential buyers, using the least amount of money possible. This confidence comes from skills we possess such as: drive, motivation, a little construction experience, intelligence, management abilities, strong work ethic and last but not least the passion that we have held from early ages to start and become successful business owners, especially in the area of real estate investing.
