My company is going to be purchasing real estate that may be owned by the bank or FSBO. These properties will be purchased at no more that 40% to 50% of the list price, renovated and updated and sold by rent to own or lease option to those who may not be able to obtain financing through traditional loans. These loans will be on a 15 year note at a 10% interest rate. This will give the feeling of owning their own once again. The loans will be handled through a Property management company who will list the properties and qualify the tenants, and handle all payments. I am looking for an angel investor to help get me started in my Real Estate Career.
