My idea is for a Burger establishment called 'Blue Moon Burgers'. I have worked as a chef for a while, and have seen the quality of burgers, wings & dogs that are served in the Bay Area and i'm not impressed. Further, i intend to use produce from local farms which i will also use for a marketing strategy)and will grind and process my own meats on site, for the freshest, tastiest and healthiest dishes available. 95% of such establishments use ground beef from plants that incorporate a part of the cow that was previously banned. However the FDA have now allowed it to be included, and its is a process akin to washing the part in ammonia then rinsing and adding to the meat. I will never do this (another marketing idea) and i want only the best for this restaurant. I'm looking for a small place, maybe only 5 -10 tables with take out options, but my dream is to have a number of these places across the Bay Area in 3-5 years.
