I am board certified in sports medicine, pediatrics and pregnant mother care. I am one of a handful of doctors that have these certifications. I recently bought out another doctor and has stretched me a little thin. I am a profitable business that is able to survive on it's own, but is tired of making it stretch. I need to consolidate my start up debts, pay off older equipment leases and aquire more equipment. I have maxed out the staff I currently have and need more. I am growing so fast I am having troubles keeping the working capital up enough to keep up.
