Description:
I am looking for investors to make a documentry about the shelter system of new york. I along time ago lived in the system and i know from first hand experience it would make for excellent filming. The places i intend to film are taboo even among the homless population, they are ran by gangs and are really violent. Just the apperance of the locations from the outside are fasinating. i want to make a documentry of high quality, to sell to the networks. I know if it gets made it will sell. it will be a easy documentry to film and i belive it can be filmed at a relitivly low cost. i dont know if this is the right site to post on, hopefully so
