We have a small business constructing new residential houses. To date we have built 9 houses 4 of them being spec houses and the other five being presales. Currently we have 2 spec houses on inventory. We are wanting to grow our company by finding investors to back our loans with financing and/or helping out with cash injections. Cash injections can be either down payments into each loan or a certificate of deposit held by the bank.
