Description:
We specialize in negotiating pricing for all sizes of businesses. We feel our specialties are in Technology advancements that help companies capatilize on the Logistics side of their business. We have formulated a new business strategy with the help of Mike Basch who resides in the Park City area.
He has committed to being a part of the growth and imimentation of new software that is being created that will make all companies with either a lot of Reps, Clients or are failing due to the lack of an Ecommerce presences.
We have Technology advancements that with the proper financial backing would explode and create an extreme revenue source for MHL and it's clients.
Mike Basch is one of the founding members of a FedEx Express.
He is best known for the creation of the Bar Code system that has revolutionized the entire business world. He also developed the SuperHub in Memphis.
We have been able to negotiate the most aggressive pricing in certain new transportation options we have yet to find any other company with this type of pricing.
The automation is what we are the most excited about and have commitments from a large group of companies upon it's completion.
We will operate under the name Royal Logistics, Royal Freight and so on.
MHL has owned companies such as OCL which in 2009 was sold to CR England for 2.5 million after 3 years in business.
This new operation has incorporated state of the art Technology that could be complete in less than a month with proper funding.
We also have a state of the art billing site that is nearly completed and needs additional funds and it will be complete. We have also incorporated the ability to buy and sell vehicles needed for delivery or for companies who need a bulk amount of either cars, Trucks or Vans.
We have averaged 4,000 dollars in net profit for each vehicle sold but if we could purchase them on a slightly larger scale the profits would be less per vehicle but the volume would make it an extremely profitable venture.
I have personally worked with the following companies on the reduction of the Transportation cost.
Shell Oil: SOPUS division Moore Park, Ca
Jamba juice: their Northern Ca Headquarters.

I was raised in Salt Lake City but my father lived in Park City for nearly 20 years. I lived in Park City of and on during that 20 years. I moved to Park City for good from age 18-25. I then moved to Huntington Beach where I met my soon to be business partner Ben Whitesides.
He hired me to run the 3 DHL franchises he had purchased. I had a clause to earn equity. He stated that if I could hit 5 million in sales In 24 month I would become 50% owner. I don't think he expected me to reach it.
I became Partner in 2005 and we purchased 4 more Franchises 2 of which I purchased with the owner of Homolulu Freight. We purchased the entire state.
We sold it a year later for an 800% return. We also sold our LA based franchises for a 500% return.
We negotiated an exclusive Marketing deal to sell OHL's Transportation rates on an outside sales basis. We built this up for 3 years and in Nov of 2009 sold to CR England maintaining 10% ownership for 2.5 million dollars. The year after we sold to England we helped reach 2 million in Gross Profits.
I resigned without any non-compete in Sept 2009.
I have just begun to put together the contracts and have finalized some amazing rates through my contacts. I also will have a VAP program with FedEx in the near future. This is a partnership to sell all of there products.
I have a very aggressive online freight rating tool with postal discounts I have never before seen. We also have an International contract with extremely aggressive rates. The Software concept I have invented is what I feel will be my most profitable venture. With an auditing and billing system to capture revenue, request service failures and make sure the billing is accurate. Our services are offered on a prepaid basis only with a deposit being the only exception.
The warehouse concept that we have put into motion is going to help companies that have lost market share maximize the space that is open while getting better transportation pricing for all involved by increasing the spend from a given location.
My main focus at this time is to finalize the software that is a safety net in an uncertain business world. This is a product that companies, such as MLM's and Membership stores like Sams Club get and additional incentive with their membership. The greatest part of this is that they can print it right at home and drop it in a UPS or FedEx Drop point or schedule a pickup if they so desire. It is to give discounts that the average person would never get but is why millions of people use the post office each year. I have brainstormed this Idea for so many years and I'm certain it would be a success. This is something that I feel so confident and the returns would be so hight that I have no problem putting in the majority of all the work and sharing in the profits with the first part of the returns going to pay of any startup capital. I have already discussed this with numerous businesses within the MLM business world. They are very excited to be able to get their reps to send more products or samples out at a reduced price.
I have also discussed this with UPS and FedEx and they are both onboard with the idea as long as we brand each website with a companies logo and do not create an Orbit of shipping which is what most companies would prefer.
Royal Transportation # 2
The second Idea that I have already put in to practice but I'm astonished at the potential return with more capital. We have been purchasing lower end cars at the auto auction and mid grad trucks and the return has been amazing. We have been just sticking to cars that range between 7-1,200 dollars. We ask for 80% of what out investment is up front which obviously only we know. We charge 25% Interest. We are 100% in the black within 90 days and we sell the average 1,000 dollar car for 3,350. The Diesel Trucks that we have been purchasing for an average price of 7,500 dollars and so far on 15 trucks we have averaged 3,350 dollars after detailing and any fix up. This is a business I have hired my Father who is a 35 year Mechanic in his mid 50's to run. I truly feel the potential for return is fantastic and by putting the title in the investors name until they are paid off I believe we have the safest possible hedge fund that we could grow over time and give fantastic returns and make a great profit. I have a good amount of funds in a Trustee account that I will be receiving as soon as the final debtor has closed their cased which I'm being told by legal council is 30-6- days away. This is 65,000. I have a claim with England Logistics that they are trying to settle and so I'm looking for someone that is looking to make money over the long haul. Get paid back their investment quickly and continue to work together to make great returns on great investment projects. I have yet to have a business fail and I have had 7 success in my 8 years in the business world. I would like to go a little bigger and I truly look forward to meeting real investors.
