My Uncle owns a large Real Estate Company called Miloff Aubuchon Realty, he manages over 300 foreclosed properties in the Cape Coral area. He has about 20 different vendors that do miscellaneous work at these properties like; lawn care, mulching, planting trees, flowers, shrubs, installing or removing hurricane panels, cleaning out the houses etc. He asked me to start a business to narrow that 20 people down to one which would be me. I will be doing all of the work myself with the exception of a/c work or well equipment work, I will be sub-contracting that work out. I already have 6 months of business lined up.
